'How lucky am I that my boyfriend works at a bookstore! Just a week ago, he picked up a pre-released copy of One Good Dog. I'm sure he didn't even take a second to see what the book was about...all he knew was that it must have a dog somewhere in the plot. He thought I would get a kick out of it. Well, for a week, this book has been laying at the side of my bed waiting for me to pick it up at just the right moment. That moment was this morning! Usually, I would read the accolades and other such things about the author. This time, I went straight to the dedication page and continued from there. Oh...I did quickly flipped through the marketing outline, where it stated that you live in Martha's Vineyard. So far, I didn't even know who Susan Wilson was. But she had two things that peeked my interest. MV and dogs. MV is my favorite place to vacation in the states. I have so many memories and experiences in MV and I was more intrigued now that I knew you lived there. Because, now for some reason I can picture you conjuring this story.
